CARE

- Hand wash:
Wash and dry clothes in reverse order. Please wash dark-colored clothes separately from light-colored clothes. Do not soak in hot water for a long time or severely expose them to the sun. After washing, please put them in a cool place to dry.

- Machine washable:
If the customer chooses machine washing, please put it in the laundry bag first, then put it in the washing machine for quick washing and let it dry naturally to avoid wear and staining of the workmanship of some clothes.
**Please avoid high temperature immersion**

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery to Hong Kong:

- delivered within 7-14 working days

International Tracked Delivery:
Orders can only be sent to the address provided at checkout, so please make sure the address is correct before purchasing

We will gladly exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase (14 days for international orders), unfortunately we are unable to offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in original, undamaged, unwashed condition and come with its original packaging. If our customer service team feel that any of the above points are not met, they will make their own decision as to whether the item is suitable for return. If the refund is declined, your item will be returned to you.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any jewelery items (including footwear and lingerie sets or items).
