退貨與退款:

我們保證所有商品均為全新正品。

· 瑕疵品處理：如收到貨品有損壞或品質瑕疵，請於收貨後 3天 內聯絡我們，我們將為您免費更換或全額退款。
· 非瑕疵品：除非出現上述瑕疵問題，否則所有商品不設退貨及退款。

訂單更改

· 一般銷售期：在訂單確認前，我們可協助更改商品尺寸或顏色（需有存貨）。
· 減價/特賣期：所有於減價期間確認的訂單，為確保公平性，一概不能更改任何商品或訂單資料。

Returns and Refunds:

We guarantee all our products are brand new and authentic.

· Defective Product Handling: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Order Changes

· Regular Sale Period: We can assist with size or color changes before an order is confirmed (stock availability required).
· Sale/Discount Period: To ensure fairness, we cannot change any product or order details for orders placed during a sale period.
