First spray the decontamination solvent on the clothes and the stained areas, and then put the clothes in the dryer for cleaning. During the process, the stains and organic solvents on the clothes will be removed at the same time.

We will gladly exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase (14 days for international orders), unfortunately we are unable to offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in original, undamaged, unwashed condition and come with its original packaging. If our customer service team feel that any of the above points are not met, they will make their own decision as to whether the item is suitable for return. If the refund is declined, your item will be returned to you.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any jewelery items (including footwear and lingerie sets or items).
